Hebrews 13:1-2 tells us to let brotherly love continue. It is important to God how we treat each other, and we should be showing brotherly love to everyone.
Verse 2 says that we should be kind to strangers, for people have helped angels and didn't even know it.
So many times we want to do something good towards others, and I think that we forget that a simple smile and a "Hello, how are you?" to someone can really make a difference in their day.
Everywhere Jesus went He was concerned about the people He met. We can have this same attitude in our hearts, and God can use us to bless someone else.
Next time we are out shopping, let us not be too busy to see the downhearted person who could use some of God's love.
My prayer for all who read this is that they begin to see people not as strangers, but as people that God loves, and that they might feel the immense blessing that it is, to share brotherly love with others. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
